Digital Curriculum Vitae

My philosophy and practice lie in having a better understanding of the interrelatedness of oral health in general well-being.

Maxillofacial prosthodontists advocate for the improvement of quality of life in our patients. The breadth of a prosthodontist’s skill and knowledge provide functional and esthetic treatment that restore the physiologic and psychosocial capabilities to support the basic means for a livelihood. These individuals can have a smile, can masticate, and can speak through our restorations. Although the patients are physically alive, we support their ability to live a life.

I hope to inspire learners in prosthodontics to become lifelong learners with the open-mindedness to absorb new ideas and further developing ones, and to foster empathy for developing a trusting relationship with patients based on mutual respect and shared efforts towards improved health.

I believe our care is a form of advocacy, and as such, I strive to honor this responsibility and privilege of supporting our profession and patients.
